Chocolate muffins lava (heart melted)
or dry if you prefer! ;)
Preparation
Melt the chocolate with the butter diced (only the 200g). You can do it on bain-marie or with a microwave (I do it with the microwave on a low heat (600W) for 30 seconds, then I mix with a fork and heat again for 15/20sec max if needed. It depends of your microwave and the size of your chocolate. If the chocolate is thick I would recommend to chopped it with a knife).
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and then add gently the flour. While your mixture is smoothy add the chocolate and then the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the molds and add to each 1 piece of chocolate.
Bake for 10min if you like a chocolate melted on heart or 12min if you prefer your muffins more dried.
Make careful for your first time, it goes very fast and may depends of the size of your moulds and each oven is different!

Pre-hot your oven at 180 degrees (mine is a gas oven and I heat on the below level only) .

- 200g of black chocolate + 1 piece of it per mold
- 100g of butter (I prefer the salted one)
- 3 eggs
- 2 spoon table of sugar
- 60g of flour
- 6/7g of baking powder
