Dips Crudités

Time to prepare: 20 min

 

Ingredients (6/8 personnes):

 

Crudités of your choice. Here:

- 1 cuncumber

- 1 carott

- 1 white Turnip or a bunch of radish

- 1 cauliflower

 

Dips sauces:

- Cream cheese (1 pot)

- Mustard

- Sambal / chili sauce

​- Spices (here I used a mix of curry/cumin/garam masala)

- Fresh Coriander

- Salt / pepper

 

Preparation:

 

Crudités:

Peel the cucumber, turnip and carott and cut them on a stick shape.

Cut the cauliflower and wash it properly. For this I put all of the pieces in a bowl with water, 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 table spoon of white vinegar. 

 

Sauces Dips:

Sauce 1: In a bowl mix 2 tablespoon of cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of chili sauce until it is smoothy. 

​Sauce 2: In a bowl mix 2 tablespoon of cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of mustard.

Sauce 3: Chisel the fresh coriander and mixed it with 2 tablespoon of cream cheese. Add some some salt and pepper.

Sauce 4: In a bowl mix 2 tablespoon of cream cheese with the spices of your choice.
